Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, go to your account page, and use the “Manage billing” button. That opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel at any time.
I bought Lifetime — when does it activate?
Immediately after Stripe confirms the payment. If your plan still shows as Free after a few minutes, email us with your payment receipt.
The Chrome extension isn’t working
Make sure you’re on an Etsy listing edit page (the URL contains /your/shops/), and that you have a category set on the listing. If the panel still doesn’t appear, reload the page or reinstall the extension and email us if it persists.
