1. Who we are

Artlister (artlister.xyz) is a tool that helps Etsy sellers generate SEO-optimized listings using AI. It is operated by Markeo Digital. You can reach us via the contact page.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address when you sign up.
• Images you upload: photos of your wall art, used solely to generate your Etsy listings. Stored securely in Supabase Storage.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: how many listings you have generated, your plan, and basic account settings.
• Analytics and tracking: page views and ad conversion events via Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the listing generation service.
• To manage your account, plan, and billing.
• To send transactional emails (welcome email, billing receipts).
• To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models.

We use cookies for authentication (to keep you logged in) and analytics. Meta Pixel also sets cookies to measure ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the service may not function correctly.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data and generated listings for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict how we process your data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Artlister is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other third-party platform mentioned on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Chrome extension

The Artlister Chrome extension (“Artlister — Etsy SEO Listing Generator”) generates SEO-optimized listing copy directly inside the Etsy listing editor. It runs only on your own Etsy listing editor pages (etsy.com/your/shops/*/listings/* and related URLs) and never on buyer-facing Etsy pages.

• What it reads:the URL of the primary photo on the listing you are editing, and the listing’s category and fulfillment type (digital vs physical), directly from the page.
• When it sends data: only when you click the Generate button. The photo URL and category are sent to artlister.xyz so we can generate your title, tags, and description. We do not transmit anything in the background, and we do not read your Etsy account credentials, password, or unrelated browsing data.
• What we store on the server: if you are signed in, we store the generated listing under your account (same as using artlister.xyz directly). If you are not signed in, generated content is not persisted.
• Authentication: the extension works without an account on a free trial. If you are signed in to artlister.xyz in the same browser, the extension uses your existing session cookie to count generations against your plan.
• What it does NOT do: the extension does not collect personally identifiable information beyond what your browser sends with requests to artlister.xyz, does not track your browsing, does not read or modify pages outside the Etsy listing editor, and does not sell any data.
• Permissions: the extension requests only the host permission for artlister.xyz (to call our API) and content-script access to Etsy listing editor pages. It does not request tabs, storage, cookies, or any other broad permission.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
